Without being bothered by any construction workers, I managed to get a picture of Troy's Congress St Tunnel, or at least what's left of it. The tunnel was closed and sealed off (mostly) in the 60s, but the construction for the Lower Congress Ferry St Economic Development Project has unearthed it, only to bury it for good.
